Hi there,
I have read the study list and browsed through some of the study books(i passed the Foundation stage off the back of Frank Wood's Businness Accounting 1), and would like to know what textbooks others have been using or have used to pass the course?
I don't feel i can pass without a decent textbook to go trough for the units covered, what textbooks are good ones for Unit's 5 & 6 on the Intermediate level?
Thanks,
Ben.

Re:Intermediate text books
i find that the BPP ones are pretty good and straight forward. Have practice exams and simulations and are the same layout as the AAT exams.0 -
Re:Intermediate text books
I used the Osbourne books for Foundation, as this was what we were given at college. For Intermediate I used the BPP books, and now for Technician I am now using the FTC books published by Foulks lynch.
I have to say I prefer the Osbourne books, as i prefer the way they are laid out. The only disadvantage of the Osbourne books, is that they are slightly more expensive than the rest (but for me well worth it) and that the practice questions come in a separate book and the answers can only be purchased by tutors.
If I were you, I would maybe pop down to the library and see what they have....they may not have exactly the right book but you may get an idea of how they layout the info. Alternatively, your college may be able to show you a sample of books0
