pass rates- FRA lowest

These are the pass rates for the exams, FRA is much lower than the others, quite scary

  Hmm the FRA is rather low isnt it Still lets hope we all bring it up this time!

  Yes, but note that only 12% more pass the PLB foundation exam, and that was a piece of cake!
