Hi all,
I was just wondering what software everybody uses? if it's any good? and the price?
I will mainly be doing book-keeping and preparing accounts.
I'm looking into setting up once i'm qualified and am working out a rough figure of how much it will initially cost.
Regards

Re:MiP Software
I use a company called PTP Software, as they offer their software at a cost of £99 + VAT is you have 25 clients or less. They do have different packages for accounts production, IT returns and CT returns, so you end up having to buy all three (ie 3 x £99 + VAT). They have recently been taken over by IRIS however, so the costs may increase substantially in the near future.0 -
Re:MiP Software
I use quickbooks and Sage for book-keeping and payroll. I use tax calc for tax returns and PTP for accounts production.
PTP have said their prices will remain the same next year for tax and accounts production packages, what will happen from then on who knows.0 -
