    I also thought the exam section 2 was horrible! but thinking about it i dont think i would have been able to work out the net asset calculation even with my book open! So it wasnt just lack of preparation or revision! so its made me feel better that theres nothing i could have done about it! good luck everyone who has their exam tomorrow!

    I spoke to the AAT Exam department yesterday and aired my concerns that we were not tauted life cycle by our tutor. I also stated that time was wasted on the last question which told us to go to page 6 but was page 8 instead.

    There comment was to write a letter into the examition department of AAT @ 154 Clerkenhall Road London, confirming your concerns with the paper and this will be given to the Examiner in January.

    Just checked my answers with Sandys although i got a majority of the answers correct I think i may have muffled some of the written section answers. I remember saying the reason for Direct material usage variance was cos of the material price variance bah...

    Fingers crossed though..

    Didnt record adding any shareholders funds for the assets tho...i hope It didnt effect me too much :x

    like most of you i also agree about the p&l qustion how ilogical for it only to alter the net asset value if its s prejection figure if bought in the next month as all debtors , creditors would be different and if its for november it should have stated it and what about the 3 million to fund buying where is that considered ???

    awful question it was like trying to figure out a riddle with no true answer.

    fingers crossed though, have to wait till feb to find out.

    Just wondered if you had heard of anywhere to complain about the exam venue as we were in a glass room with a glass wall in an art block with kids that clearly cant read signs! And 5 mins before we start a teacher trying to get us moved as she wanted our room! It was awful and SO loud
