It has suddenly dawned on me that I haven't received my December pack yet :shock:

Has everyone else got theirs?

Just want to know if it is me that it is being victimised, or whether they are held up in the post :lol:

    Mine came a couple of days ago.

    They've got me set up under two different agent references as usual!

    Guess it's time to try and find their elusive Agent Maintainer Department again.. :(

    Happy :roll: now, mine have turned up - I often write the letters to people saying what they have got to pay at end of Jan between Christmas and New Year and post date them.
