UK EXPERIENCE

I am a AAT Technician, looking for the job but most of the firms want me to have UK experience while I have just arrived. Where am I going to get the UK experience before working in the UK???

    Register with agencies such as Reed & Hays. Consider voluntary work in the community.

    I am just based in Horley, this is next to Crawley, is about 27miles from london. please let me know if you have got an idea.

    Hi Dorothy,

    I would suggest calling a feww bookkeeping/accounts people from the directory in your area firstly and some will outsource it to you that is how i started, shame you so far away

    Hi, What I did was signed on with Hayes Accountancy for part time, and approached a few accountancy practices for end of year bookkeeping most of them are pretty ok, but go to the smaller 1 man band accountants, also I started business networking which brings in business - all you need to start is maybe 2 days a week bookeeping with one company then go from there hope this helps, if you want to e mail me my email is diamondbooks44@yahoo.co.uk
