Companies House LLP accounts

I have spent some time pasting rules on LLP accounts (audit exempt) from the Companies House website. :roll: It is the first time I have been asked to prepare annual accounts that need to be filed at Companies House. Is there a member who has a pre-prepared template with the required wording for these accounts who would be generous enough to let me have a copy? :) or who could direct me to a publication with the format or as a last resort check the template I draw up myself. "6,000 rejections a year" sound an awful lot to me!!!

    I do have final accounts software which I have been using for sole traders mainly - sorry if the original message sounded as though I was doing this from scratch, would there be any special features that I need for these accounts as opposed to normal partnership accounts?

    You would need software that deals with incorporated businesses. I myself use IRIS.

    Are there any other MIPs who use alternative software to Iris - I had put a decision to use Iris lite on hold as some local advice was that there were cheaper alternatives, particularly when the business picks up to more than 10 clients??
