Since everyone now knows I have one of these thanks to Helen, what does everyone else drive?
Please note that women driving men up the wall doesn't count since I'm talking about driving of the vehicular kind here!

As someone has previously mentioned, when you first put this picture on I thought there was going to be a gag about women and parking - own up - did you really park it ?????
I drive a very sensible Passat estate (only car big enough to fit hubbies bikes in)!! Has to be diesel - I really love diesel cars.
Dream car is the VW Eos but I guess I need to qualify first!

No, that really was my parking Annette, but also as mentioned the car park was covered in snow and the white lines invisible. I did park next to another big 4x4 which must have moved at lunchtime, so once the snow had thawed - and bearing in mind it was after 3pm when I went back to my vehicle - it looked ridiculous parked the way it was and stood out like a sore thumb!
Bikes in cars? Some kind of conflict in that isn't there?!!
I also have a lovely Renault Laguna (which I prefer to the monster truck), but unfortunately it has a flat battery and jammed bonnet at the moment due to leaving an interior light on and a bad repair job from the garage back in September.

Re:Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.5ltr V6
I drive a Ford Fiesta. It may not look that impressive, and it certainly isn't powerful, but it's compact, reliable and efficient. After all, its not what you've got, its what you do with it that counts.
Ideally, I would like a 'green' car that didn't require petrol, but run on electricity or hydrogen fuel cells. I know it's not likely, but I can dream.0 -

Well i drive an 06 Vauxhall Corsa. . . . although it is my driving instructors car!

I drive a very sleek and sporty Black Corsa.
Ideal for cutting up Suzuki drivers and beating them to the last parking spot!
It's zippy, easy to drive and a doddle to park!

Re:Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.5ltr V6
I drive a Punto - massive stride down from Clio Sport, but yobs and resulting Insurance premiums made it almost unaffordable :-(0 -
Re:Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.5ltr V6
Mines an Aston Martin 2.0 litre turbo diesel injection with alloys.
Then when I wake up I go to work in my Rover 25.0 -

I've got a 530td beamer. I also have 666 in my number plate.... :twisted:0 -

Focus C-Max is my four-wheeled friend.
Handles well, has that bit of oomph when required and feels like a Tardis.
The cup holders swung it for me though.

Show off!
What does MJL stand for and exactly how much did that numberplate cost? Come on, I want answers!

Re:Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.5ltr V6
Robert,
don't drink, (much) don't smoke, work damn hard, so I like my bit of show off 8) sitting on the drive
The MJL bit is very boring, the number plate cost £175, with £80 transfer fee, my hubby has the same plate on his car (but with his initials)(obviously...... )

Re:Suzuki Grand Vitara 2.5ltr V6
Annette, I can only presume hubbies into off road biking - trials, motocross or enduro?? It is possible to get a trials bike into smaller car - seen it done on the Isle of Mull, we were at a 2 day trial there.
I drive a black Golf DTi, although technically it belongs to the business. We also have matching his & hers personalised no plates - his 50th b'day pressie and I didn't want to be left out. (Actually I could never remember the no. or where I'd parked the car in Tesco's and there are an awful lot of black Golfs about  ). Our other vehicle is a Merc - ideal for at least 2 trial bikes - Sprinter van
My no plate also has my name & post code on instead of the dealers - thought it a good idea at the time, but not so sure when the driving's not up to scratch

No it's pushbikes - he often takes them to Wales to the mountain bike trails there and it's quicker to drive there than cycle
