    Do not enter that debate about prisons which I thought were places for punishment and were not some themed Travel Inn for people who don't want to stay for just a weekend break.

    Rae, you say you cannot persuade people to renew their policies earlier? Okay, why not? Does that mean there COULD be a way only it's not been tried yet? No such thing as 'can't'. I reckon it's a case of they can but they won't.
