You could always try private messaging those AAT electronic geeks Julian and Malcolm to see if they know!
I've had mine first thing in the morning before!

The e-mails are sent out by what I call an e-mailing house at the same time. The speed of delivery and subsequent receipt of the e-mails can be down to probably one or more of the following factors:
1. Your ISP (internet service provider)
2. Your security settings on your home or work PCs and networks (some security software can and does interpret the e-mail as spam) Check and speak nicely with the IT guys who run the network and maybe they will allow it through.
3. If you have an AOL account, you will most certainly not get the e-mail as AOL block this e-mail. It detects it's automated, thinks it's spam and so you don't get it. We've tried talking to them about it, but so far to no avail. However, if enough AOL customers complain, they may relent and allow the e-mail through.
We often advise people to use a Hotmail/Yahoo webmail account as these pose no problems at all. The same applies if your network has strict security protocols.
4. The user. By this I mean the user entering the e-mail incorrectly; a missing letter or transposed letters (jhon instead of john).
5. All fees must be up to date when the e-mail is sent. If they're not, you won't get one.
We normally advise people who have signed up to get an e-mail to wait until lunchtime and if they haven't had it, to contact us. Once the e-mail leaves us, we have no control or influence as to where it ends up.0
