    Phew, glad that's over. Wasn't too bad, figures added up and reconciled OK and I probably managed to bullshit all the memo questions OK. We'll see.

    Katie, don't be anxious. Have you signed up for the results by email service? If not, do so, it will lessen the anxiety by a day.

    The e-mails are sent out at 1am on the day in question and from then on it's in the laps of the ISPs, firewalls on networks and home PCs. Also, make sure you submit a valid email address, that the dot is there, the @ sign is there, it's all spelt correctly etc. These small omissions and oversights accounts for most of the queries we receive regarding emails that have not been received.

    And yet, all my other AAT emails get through with the same details...

    Course, the trouble with having multiple personalities and multiple email addresses is I can't remember who I sat the exam as, who I requested the results as and more importantly did I remember to request the results by email!

    The results e-mail doesn't come from an AAT address so it could be that wherever you get it sent to interprets the automated e-mail as spam.

    I got mine from iTunes, not sure if that's any help. But you should be able to get them from the channel 4 website, you might be more tech advanced than me as I cant seem to get them to work on my ipod (brand new one as well! :oops: ) when I download them from the net, but iTunes they work so god knows what I've done wrong. :roll:

    I got a small Creative Muvo, mainly to play stuff in the car. Mostly I use the lappy and the rather pricey speakers and sound card I've got. I've 150GB of music and counting, hence the second (well, third in fact) HD :shock:
