Cash Flow Statements

Hi can anyone help please? I have just missed three weeks due to illness and am struggling with Cash Flow statements. Just cant get it into my head what goes where. Any good tips for remembering?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks :x

    Try to have a photograph image in your mind of the pro-forma layout. Once you have that just think logically to arrive at the net operating profit, slot that into the cash flow statement at the top and then go through the next few lines putting each entry into a 'T' account form. Once you have done that the balancing figure in your 'T' account is the figure needed for the cash flow statement.
