Chris, isnt that around 37500 tracks?
Thats nearly three months of continuous playing!!0 -
Re:Study Buddy

Re:Study Buddy
I plugged them a while back, but I believe the best short fiction podcasts in English are Escape Pod (www.escapepod.org Science Fiction hosted by Steve Eley) and Pseudopod (www.pseudopod.org Horror hosted by Mur Lafferty). They are free to download and distribute on a Creative Commons Attribution, Non-Commercial, No-Derivatives Licence. This means you can legally download and make unlimited copies to give away, but you can't sell them. They do ask for donations, but it isn't compulsory and in my opinion they are the best Sci-Fi and Horror fiction podcasts in the English language. Of course, if you know of any others, I'd like to hear about it!
On another note, Mothering Sunday will be on us in a few weeks. (March 18, the same weekend as Red Nose Day and St Patricks Day) I know that my mother would appreciate the musical "Pirates of Penzance" on DVD, being a lifelong fan. However, I also know that if I bought it, I would have to endure her singing along all the time. (I still live at home) Does this make me a bad son?0 -

Re:Study Buddy
I've posted this elsewhere, but for those of you who are asking (Katie, I see you have) then hopefully this may answer some of your queries:
If you've signed up to get them by e-mail, they'll start being sent from around 1am tomorrow morning (Tuesday).
From first thing Wednesday morning (00:01) you can view them on the website. Bear in mind that website traffic will be busier than the M25/M62/M9/M4/M1 or whatever busy motorway you live near during rush hour. If you can't get through first time, be patient and give it a few minutes.
The result letters are sent out during Wednesday and may take a day or two to get to you, longer if you live outside the UK.
Good luck everyone.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Just so long as we don't lose our collective senses of humour, we'll be fine.
Results are just a snapshot - they are not necessarily the thing that defines your life, or any perceived success.
