pressed 'save message text' on the bottom right side of the email. hope this works...

    I'm using Outlook.
    I've tried absolutely everything that has been suggested, then the point was made to me that the file is too small to contain any data! So I'm pretty sure mine is just blank.
    Doesn't really help with the stress of waiting tho, bloody PEV, it'll be the death of me ... I see another 6 white hairs coming thru :cry:

    what's the size of the email?
    mine is 2kb, which my techie boyfriend has informed me isn't big enough to contain the info!

    Mine is 2kb, and it was blank it outlook but i view ed mine, i have posted a new topic of how you can do it.
    Hope one of the ways works

    My email was 2Kb but it did contain the info, it was just kinda hidden. I got mine through hotmail and clicked reply to the message and my results appeared.

    My first email was blank too. I sent an email back and let them know in the subject line. I received a new email around 9am to say I had passed!

    Edited-AAT has posted a message on their home page so hopefully everyone has received a 2nd email!

    yeah mine too. when i went to reply the message was there. at least i got another email to confirm.

    the aat are wrong worrying everyone!!!
