Email fiasco

Sorry if I offend anyone here, but the fiasco with the emailed results is a total insult to all the students.

If the service can't run properly it shouldn't be used.

It may have been resolved this morning - but that's hours of frustration and stress for anyone waiting.

    At least u've got an email. I signed up and still haven't. Looks like I'll have to wait until tonight.

    I was in the same boat last time. Very, very frustrating.

    At least you expect Royal Mail to be late!

    I totally agree with you Helen if they are going to provide a service that gives results then make sure
    its right.

    I was going to sign up to get my results via email but I wanted that heady rush you get at a teenager when opening the mail after your GCSE's. Not sat an exam in years so dead nerveous about getting my results later in the week! :shock:
