PTC v BTC

Hi all!
Congrats to all that passed exams and to those who failed, dont give up you will reap the rewards in the end (so im assured!) :D I have DFS left to do in June and either BTC or PTC. I dont want to make my life any more difficult than it needs to be so if anyone out there has already tackled both of these, please advise which of these two is the more straight forward to learn on the whole??

    i think personal tax. it took our class 2months to take all the info in. it would help you in the future with doing personal tax returns for individuals + its more interesting!!!!

    Hi,

    I done Business tax and it was really hard! Everyone I know who has done both papers says that the personal tax is much easier.

    I agree with that. I took both and failed both parts of BTC but passed PTC first time.

    I agree. I've done both but Personal Tax is by far the easier option.

    I took both PTC and BTC. Definately PTC is easier, but in BTC there is an element of personal tax as well.
