Hello,
Thought I would give this site a go, I currently only have my project to do but do not know where to start or what it is suppose to be about. Does anyone have any handy information so I can finally get this monkey off my back and end nearly 3 years of pain and torture?!!
Thanks
David

Re:project (unit 10??)
Hi David,
Will you be doing your project on your workplace?0 -
Re:project (unit 10??)
Well I was hoping to yeah.
I am just not sure where to start and what it should involve.
Do you know how it should be laid out and what would be a good starting point?
Thanks0 -
Re:project (unit 10??)
Do you have the Osborne book?
I found this to be a great help.
If not, then make a start with your company background.
Then state the existing system, highlight any areas you feel need changing. Make recommendations for improvement.Implement the changes.Give a good chunk to fraud / fraud prevention and do a contingency plan so the company would not fall apart if you were not there
Then you can get on with your terms of reference, methodology and executive summary.
Is this enough for you to get on with

Good luck mate!!!!0 -
Re:project (unit 10??)
I dont have the osbourne book, I will look into that then.
Yep that looks like a good structure so if i can just put a load of b*llocks inbetween that structure then i have a decent starting point!
Thanks for your help!

David
Have a look at the guidance notes on this site, they really help with layout etc. That and the criteria and range statements were all I used to do my project.
