unit 10-urgent help needed about 48hrs to complete!!!!

can anyone help!
i have until 9am monday to complete my unit 10 to get it ok'd by the external verifier or else i will have to waste another year!!!!
my problem is that i work, but not in account and my college doesn't support the simulation :evil:
i have writen most of it except for suprise suprise the accounting part, my boss has tried to help me but i dont have enough to go on! my title is
“AN INVESTIGATION INTO THE DEBTORS CONTROL ACCOUNT OF THE R**** Y*******, AND RECOMMENDATIONS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE DEBTORS COLLECTIONâ€
any suggestions on what i can include?????

Try writing an analysis of how the system is currently operating. Get your firms procedure notes, write up interview notes and other info you collected, SWOT, PEST, etc.
Then do your recommendations.
Some suggestions could be:
computerisation of manual tasks
training and/or qualifications for credit controllers to improve their performance
supervision/support from senior management
seg of duties between ledger entry and receipts
invoices have a valid sales invoice for debits
credits have valid paperwork
reconciliation to list of debtors
reconciliation is reviewed by management
account activity reviewed on a regular basis
Think of some performance indicators to see if your recommendations worked, for example:
monitor debtor days. set an amount as a benchmark, say 30 days, and measure actual debtor days against that0
