    i dont live too far away, but have only been on a school trip and once with friends. Its not easy for me to get there so someone has to drive, which is a bit difficult when you dont know anybody that will drive there! :cry:

    It was easy for me cos us and some of my other family would meet up and go together, it was only me, my dad, my 2 boy cousins and my uncle who would go on the rides!

    The Black Hole and Corkscrew are quite tame helen, you can go on them and the log flume and the river rapids over and over and over again! I wouldn't go on the runaway train because it crashed recently.

    Just tried to log into my Internet Banking since they - First Direct - changed the procedure. Guess what? "Unable to log in due to technical problems"!

    Sounds familiar doesn't it?!

    As for favourite ride - I'm torn between 2, the good old fashioned Nemesis and Oblivion, although the Oblivion needs to last a bit longer so I'd go with Nemesis.... I havent been recently though and I'm not sure whether they have installed another rollercoaster since my last visit a few years ago.

    Yeah mine are nemesis and oblivion. Once oblivion broke down while we were hanging over the edge :shock: This was when they had the voice saying 'dont look down'.

    The blackhole broke down on us once too. We were there for ages then a man came up saying 'right, you need to hold on to this rope, and walk down the track to the bottom.'
    'F**k off.'

    Ditto with Oblivion, not had any other trouble with rides though touch wood...

    Re coming down south...

    I wouldn't be able to afford to get into the damn theme parks with those extortionate southern prices.
