Re:Study Buddy
Why did I get a double post?
Malcolm - are you fiddling with me again?
:oops:0 -
Re:Study Buddy
There's a time and a place to ask all that - 4:30 up THAT hill okay?
I thought you were doing that to make some kind of statement.

You can keep the details to yourself thank you very much!

Re:Study Buddy
It's easy for you to say that! You don't know what I have to put up with.
One minute I have hundreds and hundreds of posts to my name, and then the next time I look, he's knocked me back down!

Re:Study Buddy
Just so long as you get up the hill, it doesn't matter how!

What's going on?0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Helen you seem to me on twice, think I'm going to lie in a darkened room after my last post!0 -
Re:Study Buddy
I think I'll just go back to studying DFS - even consolidated balance sheets have to be less confusing than this forum.

Re:Study Buddy
Eat whatever you want, but in smaller portions.
Don't cut out what you love - even if it's bad for you. Just have less of it.
Try to reduce your carbs - spuds and bread and reduce cheese. Big no-no is jacket spuds with cheese.
If something you normally buy has a lower-fat alternative, buy it - but not if it's a stupid price - those are pounds you don't want to lose!
If you just want to eat a healthy diet, rather than diet to lose weight you could a lot worse than the '5 portions of fruit/veg' a day.
Exercise is a must - just eating healthily won't be enough.

What's 'exercise'?0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Wow - it's not often a question is asked on the Forum to which no-one replies!
Are we all scared of getting it wrong?!

Re:Study Buddy
Not even you have replied to it yet!
Maybe I should've asked that question you asked me:
What do you put in a toaster?0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Bread goes in the toaster Malcolm.
My theory on dieting is the same as Helen's - Eat less, move more.

Re:Study Buddy
Well, if it was this morning, it was a knife - because the bread got screwed up inside.
And before all you budding electricians reply - yes, I did unplug it first!0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Tranpose that last sentence by X5 and that's me summed up.
Anyway, my home beckons so goodnight all and catch you all later.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
So, Malcolm's on his way to the gym for a workout...
:oops:0 -
Re:Study Buddy
No I just run up that hill for my workout as well you know

Re:Study Buddy
The only working out malcolm does is finding the easiest way to change his remote control batteries
Eat less, move more.... I used to get nightly excercise an hour a night, then she got pregnant! hehe

Re:Study Buddy
Dieting plus exercise doesn't work for me. I have to eat nothing if I want to lose weight and exercise.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
I didn't originally put a length of time,0 -
Re:Study Buddy
You are going to be in so much trouble (again) when Malcolm reads this !

Re:Study Buddy
