    Users may not post advertisements for goods or services on the forums
    And 20% for writing a few letters? Almost as bad as the banks :roll:

    There has been another thread about this on (I think) the members in practice site. There is a link to the DIY site which won't cost you 20% and gives templates to all the letters that you need to send.

    I'm lucky enough not to have been stumped by bank charges.
