Re:Study BuddySo what does this studdy buddy convention in November entail then?
Eating chocolate eggs... with Freudian subtexts.

Re:Study Buddy
Steve,
As well as eating chocolate eggs, the convention will be about:
Interpreting dreams
Guessing who was in who's dreams
Running up hills
tip toeing up hills
cross country runs
Getting muddy/being hosed down
Not being over the hill
rippling biceps
older women
younger women
older men
younger men
getting drunk
Did I miss anything out?0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Can I order the younger/older women and the getting drunk part please? I can't remember dreams, don't run/tiptoe up any hills, definitely don't do cross country, men certainly don't feature (young or old) other than as pub buddies and the last time I looked I haven't, as yet, discovered any rippling biceps on my anatomy. 8)

Above is next week's programming schedule for the Playboy Channel.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
That's a vivid imagination Malc!!! Due to the list being so long it will now have to be over a weekend! Who is going to guest speak on all the bits Steve left out?0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Before we get too excited, has Malcolm sorted the emails out yet?
I don't want to be standing there on my own...
And just to get back on track for a mo - Mandy - who was in your dream?
I know who my money's on!0 -
Re:Study Buddy
I'll volunteer for the 'over the hill session', feeling especially run-down and clapped-out today .
Also happy to lecture on the advantages of older men to the younger female buddies - this session could be felicitously combined with the getting muddy/being hosed down one.

Re:Study Buddy
Do we have any male buddies in their (very) early fifties?
Everyone else seems to have their wish lists on here...0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Not quite everyone

Re:Study Buddy
Brief re-cap:
Mandy has been dreaming of a male buddy but won't reveal which one.
Jamie has been dreaming about me.
The rest have just been dreaming.
Guest speaker at the November convention will be Peugeot.

Re:Study Buddy
I'll just eat the buffet and watch proceedings from the sidelines.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
But Malcolm, all that hard work in the gym - you'll start wobbling again!0 -
Re:Study Buddy

Re:Study Buddy

Re:Study Buddy
Anyone seen the latest Study Buddy stats?
5,070 posts
and,
61,611 views
Wonder if there's a record for the longest ever thread? Who would have imagined Bagpuss'es opening shot all those months ago would lead to this much airtime and draw in nearly everyone regularly active on the Forums irrespective of study level?!

Re:Study Buddy
Yes, it's been a grand old thread.
Anyone remember the time when Malcolm swore and then had to edit it out? Or when Robert said something nice for the first time?
Then there was the day that Jamie got his hands on the Maltesers.
Oh yes, memories...
