    I have been eating a diet of Nuts, Sunflower seeds, apples, fresh orange juice, tuna wraps, veg fajita wraps and toast.

    Any hints on what other helthy foods to eat and how much of it - I tend to see healthy food and double up on it to get the usual amount of goodness I get from the fat filled stuff :-)

    As for healthy eating, I like V8 vegetable juice. I have some in the fridge at work 'cause no-one will nick it! A nice glass of the viscous, slightly odd-tasting red stuff feels like it must be good for you. :)

    [irony] Or, if you want to be ultra-healthy, what's more vegetable-y than potatoes? Vegetable oil, that's what- concentrated veggie-ness. Therefore, chips fried in vegetable oil makes vegetable-squared: which must be as healthy as healthy can be. [/irony]

    My new Avatar has just come back from the lab - photo of us at Minack yesterday afternoon.

    Food poisoning had kicked in and we were all regretting eating all those chocolate fingers that Malcolm had requested.
