    Hope you didn't suffer with chafing - it's quite a problem with the guys, apparently.

    And you must make sure you have plenty to drink afterwards - you can build up quite a thirst.

    I like to have a sip of something every now and again.

    It's all worth it in the end, though.

    I won't forget my first time. It was like being in a marathon.

    Lots of arms and legs everywhere - not the kind of thing to do if you're a little bashful.

    I think ill be aching still tomorrow, but Im going to go again tomorrow or Friday, then try and get into the routine of three times a week, shed my few pounds I want to shift! I havent been able to face lighting up since I stopped running last night which cant be a bad thing!
