Hi All

I am just querying the changes due under IR35 and what impact it will have on clients who are under managed company schemes.
In particular I am interested to know what advice you would offer to a self employed person who works as and when they require. I would imagine this person to bring 15k sales in per year with minimal expenses.
I have looked on HMRC but I feel there are too many conflicting points raised and from previous posts I am wary of trusting this information.

    Hi ya

    I do know that there is a specif IR35 helpline with the Inland Revenue. You can find the number on their site. They are very good and the bonus is that you actually get to speak to some.
