Re:Where's Malcolm today?
I can't really understand why anyone would want to holiday in Hastings unless you're a would be CSI like our Gem. I drove along the seafront last year on the way to Camber and God, what a depressing dump! The sort of place where you lock the car doors when you're still inside!
Hastings aka murder/crime/drug capital of the south of England.

Re:Where's Malcolm today?
I'm sure there are nice parts of Hastings somewhere but it does have a local reputation as being pretty grim with property prices being comparatively much lower than the rest of the South East.
When I drove through it (Hastings) last year, I couldn't believe the state of the seafront. Road works everywhere with shop after shop boarded up and graffitied. Not even remotely picturesque at all unlike the relatively pretty seafronts of Eastbourne and Brighton.
Maybe Malcolm just likes risk, excitement and adventure in much the same vein as certain others think climbing Mount Everest makes a fine holiday?!

It does sound a bit grim! No wonder people jump on planes and go abroad, even the grottiest place I ever went to in Portugal sounds better!0 -

Re:Where's Malcolm today?
Funnily enough, when I got out this morning after tearing into the car park at high speed, I did notice I was parked a little wonkily.
Did I move it? Did I hell... like it matters!
Nice sunny view of the Sussex downs out of my office window at the moment; sure beats those of you gazing out over a concrete jungle! And Malcolm currently getting robbed/flogged drugs/pickpocketed in Hastings...

Re:Is Malcolm locked in the stationery cupboard?
Please gang, this isn't funny.
Elastic bands might be nice to chew for a while, but they taste foul.
