So close yet so far away

Apart from the project I've only got PEV and PCR exams to do. I suppose I should be happy about this but as I'm really, really struggling with the project I don't actually see it finished ever which means I won't be qualified. I feel like giving up and I have to mention it here that I'm not the sort of person who give up easily.
But because I'm not getting anywhere with my project (been stuck for a whole month!)I'm getting down which has an effect on the remaining units.
Can anyone cheer me up a bit to keep me going?
Thanks
Pearl

Hi Pearl
Sorry to hear that it is getting you down. I can totally empathise with you. Are you booked to do PEV/PCR in June, if so put the project on hold and also if you can book yourself on one of Sandy Hood's revision days, and then after the exams you can have another go with the project.
As you have achieved so much, don't be put off by this last hurdle because the end result is really worth it.
Best wishes
Eva

Re:So close yet so far away
I too do not think you should give up, you have come so far and the end achievement is well worth the hard work and stress. Dont worry about your projhect until you have passed your exams.
Keep going is what i say !!

Hi Pearl,
I don't think you should give up either, everyone doing exams at some point feels like giving up but the final result of the AAT is worth it. the project is hard work but worth getting out on time if you can. I Do agree that a revisiion course with sandy hood is a great idea as I have used this method of revision after failing pev and it was well worth it!
pearl you have got this far you owe it to yourself to continue.0 -
Re:So close yet so far away
Thank you guys
I do feel a little bit better about the whole thing. I tried not to stress about it too much and now I'm about to finish my 1st draft. Hurray
! I try not think of the feedback right now so that I can concentrate on PCR/PEV which I seem to like a lot.
Thanks again

Re:So close yet so far away
hi pearl, glad to hear you are more optimistic and have your first draft out. if you like pev/pcr that is a good thing as most students find this a struggle. good luck with your studies.sounds as if you have reached the other side of that hill!0 -
Re:So close yet so far away
does sandy hood do revision classes in london ?0 -
Re:So close yet so far away
Hi Pearl,
i don't know but if you put a message for sandy hood on the aat website he will reply to you, if he doesn't he may recommend someone to you. these revision courses are excellent I did mine in manchester and believe that is the reason I passed.
good luck!0 -
