Calling all techno-heads - Blackberrys

Please help me - I am a real girlie when it comes to techno gaggle.

I have got a new blackberry.

New device registered on mobile email at vodafone - no probs (well, yes, lots of probs but got there finally).

What my old one used to do was forward emails from my normal email address when Outlook was closed.

Now, it is not forwarding anything :cry:

I just cant face phoning Vodafone again......

Surely, one of you would like a real challenge for a Friday afternoon :lol:
