Re:Study Buddy
I've always earned my own spending money too.

Re:Study Buddy
Well, I wish you would explain that to "She who must be obeyed". She thinks her income is sacrosanct and mine is for general use

Yes but that doesn't fit in with the song title
I see Mandy is lurking some where, is she prep'ing the wax pot for later?

Re:Study Buddy
I am lurking, I've just had a chat with hubby, technology is great really and I thought whilst the computer is on, I will have a look who is around and guess what....0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Yes, I know, its the same old sad crowd
How is hubby? Is he due on leave soon or are you going out to join him?0 -
Re:Study Buddy

You'll not be on the forum then, me thinks :twisted:0 -
Re:Study Buddy

Re:Study Buddy
My dream last night didn't involve wax, lappies, tutus, chocolate or J.

Re:Study Buddy
No, what did it involve?? I had another dream about one of my work colleagues :oops:0 -
Re:Study Buddy
I was in a panic because the supermarket didn't have the right coffee.
They had lots and lots of coffee but not the one I like.
I couldn't decide what to do.
I could take some of my own to work - but then what would I drink at home?
It was all very stressful.
Anyone that knows me will be able to explain this!
I DRINK TOO MUCH COFFEE!
The only good thing was that Blobby (who was on the tills) was wearing a uniform and not a tutu.
Steve was doing a demonstration in the women's products aisle and Mandy was outside revving her engine, waiting for Farmer G to move his tractor!0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Blobby in a uniform eh? Ummmm! Did FG have a piece of straw hanging out of his mouth. Was I Mrs Angry revving my car up threatening all sorts on FG???
I don't drink coffe so luckily I won't have that problem of running out.0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Blobby's uniform was red and white candy stripes - very sweet.
You weren't that angry, but that Beamer certainly knew who was boss!
Really not sure it was appropriate for Steve to be doing demonstrations on waxing. Although I must admit, his screams did make a change from the usual kids.
Farmer G looked like he'd been on the cider - red and rosy!0 -
Re:Study BuddyBaggybooks wrote:Farmer G looked like he'd been on the cider - red and rosy!
Can't stand cider, gives me heartburn. Don't drink anyway. Red and rosy cheeks are from spending 20+ years out on the road, selling.Or is it red and rosy from sitting down too much
Morning girls, how are we? Not long till the week end and its payweekend as well!

Re:Study Buddy
Morning FG, it is nearly the weekend. I will be spending most of it studying. I can't seem to get into any rhythm with DFS. Anyone got any tips etc - Rob, I know you are probably busy with your studys but you passed DFS didn't you, any tips?????0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Doing DFS myself,Mandy and I'm not quite au fait with it either. Been given last junes paper to have a go at ! ooer, best get studying :?0 -
Re:Study Buddy
I made myself some cards yesterday from cardboard so I'm going to have a go at matching IAS numbers to what they mean then trying to give some bumff on each one. This one seems like a lot of wordy stuff to learn rather than numbers or is it just me???0 -
Re:Study Buddy
I think that if you can match numbers to titles, then the explanations will follow in due course. probably find that there are only a few that one would use on a regular basis and the rest are there if and when you need them. Its finding out the regular ones that is a problem :?0 -
Re:Study Buddy
Oh well, I'll just keep trying to retain the information, we just need to keep plodding on!! Let me know how you get on - oh no, just had a thought!!!! (careful now...) FG, we could be STUDY BUDDIES!!!!
