    I think you need specialist help. Our 'in the field' man, Farmer Giles could probably give you some tips. He can be a little rough sometimes, but his assistant, Steve, usually wears latex gloves.

    Unfortunately they're both in the pet department today, but they should be free soon.

    Dear Robert

    Here's a good relaxation technique. It's based on the theory of counting sheep. Think of a number based on another - number of posts and number of views, perhaps.

    Divide one by the other and then see if that new number relates to anything in particular.

    Even attempting this calculation is sure to numb the brain. Remember - numb leads on to number, if you err.
