PTC - how did we all do?

Thought it was straight forward whan i first read it but made a few mistakes - thankfully i picked up on them before leaving.

Once again though, people were leaving after an hour - wonder if these people check their answers.

Anyhow, that's my last one - just got my project to do before Monday :?

    I used up nearly all my time. Didnt rush and kept going through the questions to make sure I didnt miss anything. Then I found an error!!! wont tell you know which one, but had to correct, and ended up a bit messy....

    Oh well, I couldn't have done it in an hour and feel I've given it my best.

    No one left AAT after an hour where I sat as I was the only AAT student sitting. All the others exams ended at about 11.30 and then I was all alone...well except for the adjudicator.

    I agree it was quite light and in my opinion PTC was the easiest exam Ive had since foundation.

    It was easy if you knew your stuff. I bet alot of people have made mistakes.

    It covered a lot of stuff if you look back

    I thought the exam was quite tame and expected it to be a lot lot tougher. The first people in mine were leaving at 10.45 and nearly everyone had gone in less than two hours.

    Easiest exam since ECR last June, thank God!

    Hi all,
    I thought it was fine, I've made a couple of small mistakes but nothing I'm overly worried about, all in all I thought it was a nice paper.
    Wish business tax on Tuesday was like that!

    Agreed, and no doubt Ive probably made some errors. I just felt that compared to the other exams taken at technician level this was by far the easiest for me.

    With regards to people finishing after an hour, I find that extremely quick and makes you wonder why they wouldnt double check their answers before leaving.

    I remember when I took FRA, which was difficult, the person in front of me got up after 43 minutes, it really affected my concentration throughout the exam but luckily I passed. To this day I believe that there is no way he could have completed that exam and passed, no way!

    But did he or don't you know? It does seem extremely unlikey though...

    Well I've sent my sugestion to a few people now and got feedback. I've made one major mistake and there's conflicting opinions on a few other points.

    In summary, it may have appeared straightforward but there were alot of issues in there that people will have missed.

    Hi, I would like to have alook, Im really worried as I thought all others exams PCR BTC & DFS were ok but today I completely went blank. Think did to many in onw week.

    It looked straight forward, but you really had to read the paper clearly not to make silly mistakes. :roll:

    I thought I had it all covered but thinking about it now I think I made some really stupid mistakes like putting the occupational pension in at 9% :oops:
