Ok let me put you out your misery as you all seem to be stressing yourselves out way too much here.
The "Hi Everyone" thread was created in 2004. The person who generated this thread or the subsequent posters do not have the answers to the exams you have sat this week.
The AAT are not going to release answers the week the exams are sat, are they?
Kind regards
Steve

People don't seem to be taking much notice :shock:0 -
Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
Hmmm. I don't understand how people can think the answers will be available so soon after the exams!0 -
Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
I'm astonished people can just add an e-mail asking for answers anyway!!!! No-one will know until August - simple as that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!0 -
Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
I think Sandy's getting his proof-read this week.
Hope he has a big in-box!

Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
The worrying part I feel is that the "Hi Everyone" thread is on the technician forum which is obviously the final level of the AAT qualification. Surely these people by now should know when answers are made available but even common sense should tell you that answers are not going to be available the day after the exam has been sat!
I could understand it from foundation level students - but certainly not from technician level candidates.0 -
Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
Are they doing it on purpose to wind us up - or are they just part of the same brigade that didn't know how many grams were in a kilogram during a Technician exam last week? Honestly, I kid you not!
Just think - these people are one day soon going to be doing accounts for others who will place high trust in them. Worrying isn't it?0 -
Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
Calm down, you two.
There's a lot of stressed out students waiting for the answers.
I'm sure they all feel daft - but thank goodness you and Steve are on hand to 'guide' them...0 -
Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
Don't suppose you have the answers for the December 2009 PTC exam do you Helen? If so can you please e-mail them to me at the usual address...Baggybooks wrote:There's a lot of stressed out students waiting for the answers.
They're just doing it for a joke anyway, I'm sure...0 -

Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
Will you still be trying to pass that one in 2009?0 -
Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
Stop being horrid to me Miss H!
Oh sod it, I've forgotten how many pennies are in a pound and I have to go to the bank this afternoon? Can someone let me have the conversion as soon as possible please?0 -
Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
If you feel it's a joke, you could always sign their e-mail addresses up for some spam?0 -

Nasty - but put into the old memory bank regardless...0 -

Well, I raided the kids penny jars over the weekend and made them count out nearly five thousand of them...
... errrrrrrrrrr, so that's almost three pounds fifty shillings isn't it?0 -

Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
Well as people decided to post their e-mail addresses on a publicly accessible forum there's a fair chance they've found their way to spammers as it is.0 -
Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
I have removed my email address and I would advise others to do the same following the suggestion on here!
I must say that I was one of the first to post on that thread as I thought somone qualified had worked through the answers and were prepared to send them out. I didnt think to check the date - (how often is a 3 year old thread bounced anyway) exam time is very stressful and it was a chance to put my mind at rest. It doesnt make me stupid or incapable of becoming an accountant. Everyone makes mistakes at some point0 -
Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
While I did think there was something odd about someone offering the answers, I didn't actually notice the date until it was pointed out. So an understandable mistake to make I feel.
It's the people who continued to ask after it was quite clearly drawn to their attention that I worry about.0 -
Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
I was one of them 'stupid' people that posted about having the exam results after they had posted that it was for 2004. However, there was 4 pages worth and I didnt sit and read through all the pages so did not see it until a new message board was posted!!0 -
Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
Why is it certain people feel the need to mock other students, its a stressful time as it is without nasty comments being posted!! :x0 -
Re:The "Hi Everyone" (I've got the Answers) Thread
Isn't it funny how nobody has posted on that thread since I thretened to go round their houses!

I totally agree - some reoccuring people on this forum quite clearly have nothing else to do with their time than insult others or make sarcastic comments (or at least just lately) I'm quite disappointed with some of the AAT'ers.0
