Hi,
I want to do a sage course but by distance learning at home. Can anyone suggest where I could find a sage course.
Regards
Hayley

Try these links;

Or;

Not sure how long the trials last for but they won't cost you anything unlike the learning providers.

If you do want to pay for a recognised course:
http://www.premiertraining.co.uk/
I used them for AAT - not Sage.

Re:Sage
When I did my Foundation studies, the Sage Line 50 course was thrown in for "free". You could try begging, borrowing or stealing the tutorial disc from someone who might still have it - it only lasts for 60 days and that's assuming it still works!
I might even still have mine somewhere so I'll have a look when I get home and let you have it if I do! Obviously, there'll no certificate at the end of it, but then it'll be free and you won't have lost anything anyway!

Re:Sage
Hi, I did a course with Home Learning Direct. DON'T do it. It took 18 months to do and i feel i could have learnt the things i did in a few weeks at work. it cost over £1100 and I feel it was a waste. You cover much of the same stuff in AAT foundation. Each unit you had to send off the reports you printed from a fictional company, it was freepost address, so took a week to get to tutor (different signature each time!)at least a week to get marked and a week to be sent back. Tutor never available when trying to ring them etc.
As you can probably tell i was very P***ed off with them, I finished at the beginning of this year so it may have improved since then!!!
In my opinion you would be better obtaining a copy of Sage and playing with. My version came with a full "instruction" booklet anyway.
Good Luck, Gemma0 -
Re:Sage
If you are joining a company, they will most likely provide all the training for free, or ask your employer to fund the course.
Sage is really easy to learn once you know how.
Perhaps speak to your local college about courses?
Otherwise if you need any queries about sage answered, just ask, Im quite advanced at it(even if i do say so myself, HaHa)
