Does anyone know if there is any software to produce final accounts for companies Ltd by guarantee.
I currently use PTP but they only produce final accounts for companies Ltd by shares.

    The only software I know that can handle such companies is Iris. These own PTP so they might be able to do something with your existing software, perhaps?

    Thanks for that.
    I will give them a ring, although I suspect they will want me to buy the Iris final accounts software, with the bolt on for charities.

    Another option is to use VT Final Accounts (which is essentially an Excel add-on that generates accounts from a TB). You can easily modify the standard LTD wording and then have a LTD by guarantee template for ever more.
