This is nice, but it's easy, put some cannellini (is that right?) beans in a milk and cheese sauce inside some chicken breasts, then wrap the breasts in bacon. Or you could just do it with cheese and leave the beans.
Or cheese and sweetcorn. Anything you want really :P I've known someone put banana in there :?0 -

I do something similar.. chicken breasts (turkey is OK too) stuffed with mozzarella and basil, wrapped in parma ham with a slice of lemon, all secured with a cocktail stick. Fry for 20 mins or so until the meat is cooked though. Slosh in some white wine (I find vermouth is also good and it'll keep after opening longer than wine) to deglaze, allow to reduce a bit, Serve with green salad and new potatoes.
That usually only gets cooked for seduction purposes

decorating finished. Never put coving up.
Spending Sat & Sun resting...ish. Back has gone but need to cut 4 lawns whilst weather is good, cat keeps disappearing in the grass
