    Ok , you need to follow this carefully and if you understand it, please explain to me:

    17.30 - Estate agent calls, is it still ok to come round and for me to sign on the dotted line. I say yes, but I want another ร‚ยฃ5k added to the asking price. He says ok.
    17.45 - Sign on the dotted line, he takes photos ready for marketing
    18.15 - First "viewer" arrive.
    18.30 "Viewer" loves house and offer full asking price and wants it taken off the market........

    It's only me and the dog in the house so I can keep it tidy no problem. I have been accused of being too clean but if you look hard enough... No idea when i move out or where to!
