    an easy way to do it is to go into the spreadsheet you want to have show the formulae then Press and Hold the Ctrl key, then press the Key to the left of "1" and above Tab.

    Being an old sod, I didn't know the keyboard shortcut for showing the formulae but have quite amusingly found that if I press Ctrl and tab it switches between open Excel sheets which could be very useful...

    If you on smutty accountants forum and a manager walks in press and hold alt and press tab and it will flick to another programme haha (on the condition you have another programme open)

    If not just press and hold Windows key and press M
