I love to tease - I think it's funny watching someone try to do something they have no idea of - like the other morning, although I didn't watch it, I revelled in the story :-)

A colleague came to me and said her boyfriend was useless, the fuse in the shower had gone and he went into the loft thinking it was something more serious rather than checking that first... he faffed about and still didn't work. Anyway, one of the lights started playing up so they called an electrician to the house - he went to the loft and come right back down and couldn't believe what he saw... thre were 2 earth wires ready to be connected so he sat the boyfriend down and said you almost blew yourself up!

Could have been a tragedy I know, but funny to listen to. Anyway, I'm off now so probably speak to you later on.

Good morning everybody

Trust we all had a good rest including Gem. Are you over your insomnia yet?

Well I've been waiting for somebody to post something here all night and nothing. So I've decided I can look forward to my own post in the morning.

Well at least Mandy won't have to worry about post today seeing as my former colleagues are on strike. Mind you nobody else will get post unless it's a special and even then I don't suppose they guaranteed them because of the strike.

That besides all I've been doing is sending out my CV to all and sundry, all I get in reply is "but you haven't got recent experience of purchase ledger or accounts on your CV so you'll be difficult to place" (all I want is a start) even matching & batching invoices will be something.

Also to the agencies please read all the CV not just the first half page. There is more to me than half a page, remember most of you are paid on commission so the more people you, place the more you get paid. You'd soon tell me when I'm not doing a good enough job. [Rant over]

That's all for now I'm off to bed to read, must get a mug of splosh before I do though and maybe a couple of biccies as well.
