    you are obviously speaking from experience there. I suppose being a farmer there are always plenty of opportunities to expand your portfolio

    What does MIP stand for again - Most Important Person or Most Intellectual Professional - that's sounds like me either way.

    Plenty of water, sun and fertilizer, works wonders. It did with my tractor, started off as a morris minor and now it's a ford major!
