I passed!! Who hoo I was so worried. Does anyone know what hte pass rate was??

    Thanks so how do they work it out??? Do you just have to get certain things correct?

    You have to show equal competence in both sections one and two. My tutor always says you need about 50% in both sections to pass, but the pass rate is only decided once all of the papers have been marked.

    My tutor is also one of the people who mark exam papers, though he only marks technician papers. He says if you get 75% in each section you WILL pass, if you get 65% in each section you are likely to; but not guarenteed to pass.

    So there you go - pass mark would be about 70% - using this very scientific method.

    CIMA Certificate multi-choice computer based exams have a 50% pass mark, which i find utterly ridiculous, how can they make a multi-choice exam paper as low as 50% pass mark, they're making it too easy... and thats why it'll never be as good as the AAT for making you learn how and why it all works.
