    My fridge/freezer is a double combo - like a double wardrobe - but I cleared it out last night.

    Can't get to the choccy shop till Saturday.

    Over did it on Tuesday and Wednesday, so stocks depleted.

    I know there's a way of working out the most economincal time and quantity to re-order, but I didn't take into account, my double-shifts.

    One would have expected you to work out the minimum holding stock and the re-order point to ensure that stocks never ran out. Isn't that part of CIMA training?
