Going for a very long walk on the common with my dog. It is so nice being with my dog, at least SHE is pleased to see me and doesn't get grumpy or moan at me.

My hot tub wasn't even working last night, not funny. I think tonight Im going to have a few beers after playing football with my mates, then watch a film with my girlfriend to try and forget about what is seeming to be a diar week0 -

Old age is what you make of it. I'm only 55 so I'm not old yet. When I get there I'll let you know what it is like
