Hi
I am meant to be going camping this weekend near Caernarfon, Snowdonia.
What's the weather like up there?
If it's freezing, I ain't going!

Re:Anyone in North Wales?
Thanks! That doesn't sound so bad - we're leaving on Sun so not so bothered about the rain!
What's it like there at the moment?
I'd heard it was very chilly and windy!0 -
Re:Anyone in North Wales?
Have a look at BBC weather0 -
Re:Anyone in North Wales?
I have been looking at BBC weather and MET office, but they're not always that accurate - that's why I was asking if anyone was actually there...0 -
Re:Anyone in North Wales?
I might not be Clare Nasir, but here's my own twenty year weather outlook for Wales;
Rain in spring, rain in summer, rain in autumn, rain (and sometimes snow) in winter....
Then after twenty years, the Welsh (and probably the Scottish too) will finally finish building their huge Centreparks type dome over the entire nation (having established their own inner solar atmosphere), thus separating them from the hated English forever...0 -
Re:Anyone in North Wales?
Maybe, to be on the safe side, you should pack your thermals, a rain mac, snow shovel and don't forget your wellies! Can't have a good holiday in Wales without your wellies.0 -
Re:Anyone in North Wales?
Yep got all that packed - well, apart from the snow shovel! :-)
If it rains, it rains - me and the girls can sit in the pub with some wine whilst the men do their 'I am man, I must climb mountain' thing....

And be careful on the way out, they dont like you taking their mud.
FG, Ive heard many rumours about the Welsh and their wellies, Ive also heard the same vicious rumours about Derby County supporters. Wonder if theres any truth in them?0 -
Re:Anyone in North Wales?
Well as I'm not Welsh and I don't support any football team, I couldn't tell you.0 -
Re:Anyone in North Wales?

Re:Anyone in North Wales?
... I haven't finished describing my future scene of Wales yet. Anyway, once the huge dome has been erected, there'll be but just one door in and out of the country, situated in some God forsaken place called Cinderford....
