Project SWOT analysis help please!

Can anyone help my with my SWOT analysis for my project...My project is about the way we query problem invoices internally. I am having problems thinking of anything to put for the Opps and the Threats which are external factors.

I came up with a few but they could all be changed by my company so they don't count! My tutor says she won't help me!
