    I honestly thought I had read and listened to every possible conceivable interpretation/effect of the Arctic Systems case and the effect the House of Lords decision has had.

    However, this is a very good explanation by Dean Wooten and he has covered the case well. I have been on taxation seminars which Dean Wooten has presented and they were very good indeed so this is definitely worth a listen.
