MAC unit 33 exam paper for December 2006 - a couple of queries - Maybe Sandy Hood can answer this.

Dear All

Please can anyone tell me why on the December 2006 in task 2.2 a question iii) the answer is based on total man hours instead of hours work and charged?

Also why in task 1.2 we would not change our month two closing stocks to cope with the increase in month 3 sales?
