What do you know about this website? Apparently HMRC are transferring alot of their info to this site.

    I always recommend Business Link to any clients just starting out.
    It is very informative about all aspects of running a business including tax, payroll and vat etc.
    The website has links to HMRC for guidance and forms but as far as I'm aware there is no actual input from HMRC.

    I like it for the advice on dealing with employer issues - the 'written statement' for engaging employees seems pretty good to me and there's lots of advice on disciplinery procedures and the like (that I always seem to get sucked into somehow!)
