In management accounting what is the difference regarding cash balances??

I think im having a senior moment

Just wondering, Where do they deposit it?

I believe West Sussex County Council will deposit small amounts with a number of banks, such as the Royal Bank of Scotland and HSBC. This spreading the money around lowers risk as well.
