Sage Problem

When i was restoring a client's work on sage it fully restored and i put the username and password in and it automatically closed down the programme. when i try to reopen it it comes up with a setup wizard. Any ideas on how to sort the problem?

    Ditch Sage and get some decent software!

    It sounds to me like your restoring a later version onto an older version i.e. restoring version 13 onto version 12. You can't restore backwards - only forwards.

    I tend to like red_devil's sense of humour (and note his/her comments on his/her signature) but I would like to think his/her comments are a 'sense of humour' rather than realistic (especially for a MiP)!!
