Employee Required

I am the owner of a small accountancy practice based around the Derby/Notts area. I am looking for an Accounts Manager who ideally has practice experience, is flexible, outgoing, confident and friendly. Sage experience would be preferred, as would the management of staff. Full AAT member or qualified/part qualified will all be considered. As this is a small business it would be a very hands on role, getting involved in all aspects of the business, including training our AAT trainee. Salary will be negotiable depending on qualifications and experience.
